These past few days I've been feeling like I need a pit stop in my lit race. Don't get me wrong, I love lit. But sometimes, you just feel like a break from stuff. And now is my "sometimes".I'd like my mind to stop turning and working out the significance of the things sometimes. Stop "reading between the lines".
They say "knowledge is power". It's true.
They also say "ignorance is bliss". That's true too.
Maybe what it comes down to is this -- 'They' don't really know what they're saying. And you have to decide for yourself what really matters.
Either way, it doesn't matter. I just want my break! (No, recess week was hardly a break!)
